La REGIDESO, direction provinciale du Nord-Kivu, attribue cette situation \u00e0 une nouvelle fuite sur une conduite de refoulement d\u2019eau vers les r\u00e9servoirs de Bushara. Dans un communiqu\u00e9 publi\u00e9 le Lundi 12 Octobre 2026, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 indique que les quartiers Mabanga Nord, Virunga, Katoyi, Kasika, Majengo, Bujovu, Munigi, Kahembe, Turunga, Bushara, Bushagara et Kanyaruchinya sont concern\u00e9s par ces perturbations. Selon la REGIDESO, la fuite est survenue sur la conduite PEHD DN 500, qui achemine l\u2019eau vers les r\u00e9servoirs de Bushara, pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment au niveau de l\u2019EPAIGO. Face \u00e0 cette situation, l\u2019entreprise pr\u00e9sente ses excuses aux abonn\u00e9s concern\u00e9s pour les d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ments enregistr\u00e9s.
