Dans un message de condol\u00e9ances sign\u00e9 \u00e0 Beni le 19 Septembre, le gouverneur Somo Kakule \u00c9variste adresse ses pens\u00e9es \u00e0 la famille du d\u00e9funt, \u00e0 ses co\u00e9quipiers et \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble de la jeunesse du Nord-Kivu. Le gouverneur pr\u00e9sente Miguel comme un champion engag\u00e9 qui avait choisi de porter au-del\u00e0 des fronti\u00e8res un message de paix, de r\u00e9silience et d\u2019espoir pour la population du Nord-Kivu. Parti de Goma \u00e0 v\u00e9lo en direction du Maroc, il est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 comme un ambassadeur de la province, utilisant son v\u00e9lo comme moyen de promouvoir la paix. Le Gouvernement provincial assure \u00e9galement la famille de sa proximit\u00e9 et de sa compassion dans cette p\u00e9riode douloureuse.
